Dr. Bashawaty's Mission Statement:
I respect my profession, my reputation and myself. I am honest and fair with my patients and in return, I expect my patients to be honest and fair with me. I think of Dentistry with loyalty, speak of it with praise, and act always as a custodian of its good name. I am a man whose words carry weight with my fellow-citizens; I am a booster, not a knocker; I am pusher, not a kicker; I am motor not a clog.
I base my expectations of reward on a solid foundation of services rendered; I will be willing to pay the price in honest effort. I look upon my work as an opportunity to be seized with joy and made the most of, and not as drudgery to be reluctantly endured.
I know that success lies within me, in my own mind, in my own ambition, in my own courage and determination. I expect difficulties and will force my way through them; I will convert hard experiences into capital for future struggles.
I believe in my proposition with heart and soul; I carry an air of optimism into the presence of possible patients; I dispel ill temper with cheerfulness, kill doubt with strong convictions, and reduce active friction with agreeable personality.
I make it habit to study both the professional and business sides of Dentistry; to know both sides in every detail from the ground up; to mix brains with my efforts, and to use system and method in my work; I find time to do everything needful by never letting time find me doing nothing. I make every hour bring me dividends in fees, increased knowledge, or healthful recreation.
I will save money as well as earn it; to cut out expensive amusements until I can afford them.
Finally I have a good grip on the joy of life; I play the game like a gentleman; I fight against nothing so hard as my own weakness; and I endeavor to grow as a dentist, and as a man with the passage of every day of time.

Dr. Ravon received his dental degree from the University of Southern California in 1997. He then earned a certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Washington in 2002.
